Why isn't the interet on fire with this topic? Ok, I wouldn't even have known about it if I hadn't listened to TWIF's podcast but still.
The above pic features a lung with a fir tree growing in it!!! The man who had the lung, started coughing up blood, x-rays then revealed a mass which when removed showed a LIVE tree growing in his lung. The doctors speculated that he must have inhaled a spore. Scary.(*.*)
